All sales are final. Since each item is custom made, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged (broken or warped during shipping), I will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:

Include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

Replacements are only offered for shipping-related damage and must be supported with photo evidence.
I reserve the right to decline replacement requests if they appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
